2011 Prices: 
We freeze all of our meat right away to ensure that it stays fresh and nutritious. If you do not want your meat frozen let us know and we will make sure you receive it fresh and ready to eat.
All our meats are organically fed and managed.
Poultry:
Chicken: $5.50/lb
Duck: $8.00/lb
Pheasant $12.00/lb
Guinea Hen: $11.00/lb
Turkey $5.00/lb (broad breasted white) These birds are very large and delicious, with juicy white meat, and fun to have around. They also eat a surprising amount of grass, clover,and other natural delectables! They really love roaming and grazing. We enjoy thier company as well.
Heritage Breed Bourbon Red/ White Holland Turkeys $7.75/lb (bourbon red, a heritage breed) These turkeys are generally smaller in size (average about 13 lbs dressed) but extremely flavorful. They are not a cross breed like the broad Breasted white. They are an orginal breed that is beautiful to look at and has just a little more intelligence to take care of itself and enjoy life on the farm. Great not only for roasting at parties but for barbecueing or anything else!
Game:
Rabbit: $10.00/lb Rabbits are incredible grazers. There is no animal that eats more nutritious, raw, organic foods than rabbits.

½ Pig: $400
Pig for pig roast: $4.25/lb hanging weight
Whole pig, cut andwrapped: $800

All of our Animals are fed organic pasture and hay and supplemented with organic sunflower seeds and veggies from our gardens. All of the feed is either 100% organic or entirely hormone and antibiotic free, much of which is grown in Vermont.

Pastured, Free-range Eggs: $5.00/dozen
- All of our animals are treated with lots and lots of extra care and attention. Making sure all of our animals are well fed, comfortable and happy is what makes farming fun for us.
