 Senator Bernie Sanders visited our farm last fall.  We discussed local food accessibility and how to progress the local food movement in Vermont and throughout the nation.

This is our outdoor cookstove where we make lots of maple syrup in the spring.  We spend lots of time outside and share delicious meals with family, friends and neighbors. 

 The sunflowers are great for the animals and pretty for us, too.

 

 

 

Tomatos for us, and the chickens, turkeys and all the poultry love the cracked ones!

 

Summer doesn't get much better than this.
